Our lives can be so hectic. Many of us rarely do something just for ourselves. It’s important to take care of yourself. The more whole you are - the more you can be your best self for others. We may exercise and watch our diets, but what about your inner well-being? We can’t slice a pie yet promise a whole pie to everyone. You deserve time devoted just to yourself. That’s where I come in. Set aside 30 minutes to allow yourself peaceful moments and reenergize your spirit. From Reiki sessions to friendly support, I’m committed to helping you feel your best every step of the way.
A safe space without judgment and personalized care. We will take a few minutes to discuss your needs and any challenges you may be experiencing. Lying fully clothed on my Reiki table, I’ll guide you through a brief relaxing technique. Divine Reiki energy will flow through my hands as I lightly lay them where I am guided to. If you choose not to be touched, no problem. It can be done without touch.
